Naming Names

My congregation has had many deaths in 2011. One more tonight. I have the need to name these beloved dead.
Ruth
Esther
Ted
Smokey
Fred
Herk
Laura
Marie
I have had one personal beloved who has gone.

My prayers for you and your congregation and for the families of these precious ones.

Thank you, too, for asking about prayers for me in the big transition. Sunday was weirdly silent and politely pleasant. Tonight is Consistory meeting so prayers for that would be much appreciated.
